A one-of-a-kind statement piece, the Nova Console Table is handcrafted from a single slab of Costa Rican monkeypod - a tropical hardwood prized for its dramatic, swirling grain in chocolate browns, golden hues, and the contrasting white sapwood that frames each board like a signature.
This particular slab carries a natural void running through it - the kind of mark left when a tree is damaged or two trees grow into one another over time - and rather than fill it, we waterfall the wood down the front face to bring that void forward instead of hiding it.
A slim metal base plate grounds the piece with a modern touch, while minimal vertical supports at the back let the table appear to float without giving up structural stability.
