The Benjamin Bench sets solid walnut timbers on a streamlined steel runner base - a single continuous rail rather than individual legs, which keeps the silhouette clean and lets the wood read as the star. The runner base gives the piece an unexpected lightness underneath a substantial slab of wood, a bit of visual tension that keeps it from feeling heavy. It works as hard in a dining room pulled up to a table as it does standing alone in an entryway. Available from 42" to 60" long, the Benjamin brings serious presence to a space without needing much of a footprint.
